Villa Arista is a lovely villa located in a peaceful and tranquil area of the Cap d'Antibes.
It has a large terrace in front of the house which overlooks the pool with a beautiful landscaped garden and petanque court, from the terrace there are very nice views over the sea and Antibes.
The villa offers 6 bedrooms all with their ensuite bath or shower facilities. Three of the bedrooms located in the main house have been completely renovated and there are noce views from all bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is located in an annex with a separate entrance which overlooks part of the garden.
The pool is large and securely fenced.
